- Open: Open spreadsheet. (Spreadsheet located in Dropbox, Business Management,Monthly/Quarterly Reviews, (Choose folder for property), (Choose year), (Choose Month).
- Gather: Gather info from RM. Most of the info will come from RM in a weekly report.
- Enter: Enter theinfo into the spreadsheet
- Confirm: Ensure all the formulas built into the spreadsheet are properly computing.
- Review: Review the stats to see what needs to be discussed and focused on at the weeklyteam meeting.
