We recommend calling 1-2 weeks prior to your move-in date to ensure your service is on or scheduled for turn on so you have power upon moving in. In some cases you will be able to have the service transferred (if the current residents still have it on, when you request the service to go into your name.) When you transfer service you typically do not need to meet the RGE technician at the property. When the power is off you will need to meet them there.
