Maintenance Protocol
Submitting a Maintenance Ticket
We understand we're talking about your home here! We know when it comes to a "broken this" and a "leaking that" minutes seem like hours and you just want it fixed so you can relax and enjoy your home. That's why it is our goal is to have all service tickets completed within 48 hours of submission.
Please understand, after hours and weekend tickets that are not emergencies will be handled the next business day.
To submit a maintenance ticket, please click on the link above to enter the request on your online account.
Emergency Tickets
Please DO NOT enter emergency tickets online. Please call 585-302-4297 and choose Option 2 (after hours/weekend)
Emergency calls (no heat, major leak) will be handled immediately and we have an on call team member there for you in these cases.
Maintenance Surveys
We are continuously trying to improve our process and our level of service. After your maintenance ticket is completed we would greatly appreciate if you would take a moment to complete the survey we send.
