Participating Positions:Rental Assistant (RA)Accountable To:)Property Manager
 
Steps;
  1. Confirm: Confirmdeposit paid.
  2. Lease: Generate RM signable lease through RM template “Resident Lease”
  3. Send: Send lease via RM for electronic signature.
  4. Welcome:  Send welcome letter through RM.
  5. Charge:  Add rent charge to their RM account.
  6. Schedule: Schedule key pickup
  7. Assign: Assign gate code
  8. Inspect: Complete pre move in inspection
  9. Confirm: Confirm rent was paid, if not collect check in person prior to next step
  10. Provide: Give resident gate code and keys
  11. Collect: Collect and file move in checklist. This is very important to have for when they eventually move out
