Steps;
- Confirm: Confirmdeposit paid.
- Lease: Generate RM signable lease through RM template “Resident Lease”
- Send: Send lease via RM for electronic signature.
- Welcome: Send welcome letter through RM.
- Charge: Add rent charge to their RM account.
- Schedule: Schedule key pickup
- Assign: Assign gate code
- Inspect: Complete pre move in inspection
- Confirm: Confirm rent was paid, if not collect check in person prior to next step
- Provide: Give resident gate code and keys
- Collect: Collect and file move in checklist. This is very important to have for when they eventually move out
