Steps;
  1. Gather: Gather names, phone numbers, emails from eachplatform and enter into tracking sheet. Infocomes from Zillow (email inbox), Apartments.com (email inbox), Facebook (log into FB), Voicemails(messages come into email inbox).
  2. Reach out: Call, email and text each inquiry. Track attempts on tracking sheet.(Path: Drop Box,Properties, (Choose specific property), Rentals, Traffic Log)
  3. Schedule: Setup showings
 
 
 
 
System Quantification:  For every30 inquiries per week, we schedule15showings.
 
System Standards: While showings are an important step, take opportunities to pre-qualify people whencommunicating with them. Discussing our requirements prior to showingsrespects your time as well as the timeof the potential resident.​
