RESPONSIBILTIES:
STRATEGIC:-Take note and let the maintenance manager know any thoughts on the performance of outside vendors.
-Communicate ideas to maintenance manager on ways to improve our process. |
TACTICAL:-Complete tasks given by Maintenance manager: New maintenance tickets, WIP’s and to-do’s.
-After each task, provide notes on the resolution implemented. -Give tickets to the maintenance manager at the end of the day. -Document and provide information on any lease violations or unsafe conditions to the maintenance manager. |
STANDARDS:
POSITION SPECIFIC:-All tickets that are assigned for the day are completed that day.
-All maintenance and move in surveys receive a score of 4 out of 4. -Always look for pro active items to take care of while completing tickets. -Every day we leave the property better than we found it. |
COMPANY WIDE:- Show up on time, dressed in a neat, clean & professional manner
-Follow the company processes for each outlined task associated with your position -Document all resident, vendor & co-worker interactions in Rent Manager in the associated account -Treat everyone, co-workers, residents, vendors with professionalism, respect & gratitude -Find a way to say yes (instead of no) -Be firm, but kind -Make 3 attempts to figure it out before asking for help -Look for opportunities to improve yourself personally and professionally |
