Results: Maintain active and validpool permitwith fully functioning equipment
 
 
Participating Positions:Property Manager (PM),(MM) Maintenance Manager, (RA)Accountable To:)PM
 
Steps;
  1. Reminder: Once a year we will receivea renewal form in the mailfrom the Brevard CountyHealth Dept and from RM withareminder in the system.
  2. Pay(RA): Put the invoice in RM so it can be paid with other bills.
  3. SetupInspection(RA): Once payment is received, an inspector will reach out to setup a timefor an inspection. Place the inspection in RM as an appointment for the MM and send MM anemail notifying of the inspection.
  4. Facilitate Inspection (MM): The inspector from the State ofFlorida Health Department willinspect the facility. It should take approximately 10 minutes. The inspection will evaluate,the general condition of the pool, the operation of the gate and lock and the generalcondition of the equipment.If the inspection found things that need to be done, create a “to-do” in RMwith a due date in 7 days to make any necessary repairs and/or improvements.BESURE TO GET THE CONTACT INFO FROM THE INSPECTOR.
  5. Notify(MM): Call or email the inspectorwhen the repairs and/or improvements arecompleted.
  6. Inspection(MM): Schedule a follow up inspection if necessary.
  7. Update (MM): Inform the (PM) if the follow up inspection did not pass to evaluate thesituation
 
 
 
 
System Quantification: Keep our pool in goodcondition and in good standing with the State of Florida.
 
System Standards: The inspection should take 10 minutes. This will happen once per year. We expect to pass onthe first inspection​
