System Standards: The landlord/residentrelationship should be mutually beneficial where both parties areupholding their end of the rental agreement and by agreeing to continue with the lease, making a positive impacton the community, not a negative one.

Steps;
- Notice: Email RM Template ‘Current ResidentLease Renewal Option’
- Process: Review updated pay stubs for income requirements
- Inspection: Conduct unit inspection to ensure condition is acceptable
- Update Resident Account: Enter User Defined Fields in RM for renewal details (terms, rentalrate)
- Contract: Send Renewal Offer through RM using Signable RM Template ‘Lease Renewal’
- Sign: Complete DHB signature, once residents sign
