Steps;
  1. Contact: Contact applicant to let them know their application hasbeen approved.
  2. Confirm: Confirm that they would like to move in and their move in date.
  3. Create in RM: Each applicant will be a prospect (eg: a couple will be two separate prospects that need tobe combined into one RM resident account). When applicable,combine prospects to create 1RM residentaccount.
  4. Send formal approval: Send approval letter through RM. Letter will outline how to pay deposit etc.
  5. Pay: Check on status of deposit. The apartment is not rented until that is paid. Continue togenerate andfacilitate showings until the deposit is paid. If it is not paid within 24 hours, follow up with a phone call andan email.
 
 
 
 
System Quantification:  All accepted applicants pay the deposit in full within 24 hours of acceptance.
 
System Standards: Apartment is not held until full deposit is received. Apartments are not held vacant for than 5business days.
