Steps;
System Quantification: Residents need to receive notice of non-renewal no less than 60 prior to lease end date.
System Standards: The landlord/residentrelationship should be mutually beneficial where both parties areupholding their end of the rental agreement and by agreeing to continue with the lease, making a positive impacton the community, not a negative one.

Steps;
- Notify: Email resident RM Template ‘Notice of None Renewal’
- Update: Indicate on RM General tab, move out notice date and expected move out date
- Follow Up: Email RM Template ‘One month to move out’ (helpful tips for a great moveout)
- Follow Up: Email RM Template ‘Two weeks to move out’ (helpful tips for a great move out)
