- Open: Open spreadsheet. (Spreadsheet located in Dropbox, Business Management,Monthly/Quarterly Reviews, (Choose folder for property), (Choose year), (Choose Month).Itis the last tab of the spreadsheet.
- Gather: Gather info.Most of the info will come fromthe weekly tabs of the spreadsheet.The rest will come from a month end report automatically generated and emailed out fromRM.
- Enter: Enter theinfo into thespreadsheet
- Confirm: Ensure all the formulas built into the spreadsheet are properly computing.
- Review: Review the stats to see what needs to be discussed and focused on at the weeklyteam meeting.The first weekly meeting of the month also covers a review of the previousmonth.
