Steps;
- Understand: Understand the number of units that we will be looking to rent in the upcomingmonths. Then decide how many media avenues we need to activate. (Eg. Are we renting twounits next month, or did we just finish renovating a property and have to rent 30+ units).
- Quote: Get a quote from Zillow and Apartments.com
- Research: Research tosee if there are any new emerging avenues that we should considertrying out to increase our exposure.
- Evaluate: Evaluate facebook marketplace to see how it has been working at othercommunities and to determine if we should boost our exposure by initiating a paidpromotion.
- Choose: Choose the platform(s) that we needfor any short term lease ups and platform(s)that we need for long term turnover etc. Our goal is to get enough interest to rent theapartments we have available at the most reasonable cost. (There is no reason to pay formore interest than we can accommodate).
