DHB Development is growing and we are looking to add an additional maintenance technician. We manage rental units and work very hard to provide our residents an awesome place to live and equally great customer service. Without happy residents, we cease to exist. We only manage places that we own, so our goal is to satisfy our customers....we do not have to worry about satisfying an owner that lives in another state. We have a great team dynamic and are very excited to find our newest member. We work hard, but have fun as well.
The most important thing we are looking for is a great attitude. Additionally the typical skills that are relevant to property maintenance are important as well.
