Steps;

  1.  Run Ad:  Position Descriptions located in Dropbox, run on Zip Recruiter or Indeed (evaluate position and pricing on each medium)
  2. Evaluate Resumes & Set Interviews:  Check candidates social media pages
  3. Evaluate Candidates and Set 2nd Interview:  Set expectation with Position Agreement Preview
  4. Choose Best Candidate and Offer Position:  Adjust Offer Letter, Email or Meet for Signature
  5. New Hire Paperwork:  Position Agreement, Healthcare Package, I-9, W4, ADP New Hire Employee Info, Direct Deposit
  6. Set Up Payroll:  Provide paperwork to Regional Manager
  7. Schedule Training Agenda: Based on Position, Schedule and Plan training
 
 
 
System Quantification:  Attitude is just as important, if not more important that experience.
