DHB Development Has Moved...just around the corner

I remember sitting in our 2nd floor bedroom in our home.  I was wearing a tank top and cut off shorts...because it was hot.  And Joe insisted we keep the A/C off so we could put all our money towards the latest rehab.  A couple of our residents came knocking to drop off their rent.  As I closed the door and turned, I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror.  I think that was the point I knew we needed a real office.  

It didn't happen instantly, but we ended up purchasing a 4 unit, mixed use building with in the next year.  And then did a major gut and rehab...finally resulting in DHB's first office space.  We loved our little home on Genesee St right in the middle of all our rental units.  

Five years later we outgrew our original office and were looking for a new space!    After much persistence and a lot of renovation, we couldn't be happier in our new office located at 284 Cottage St!  From tracking down the owner in Atlanta, to environmental clean ups, to rehab and design...this was an even bigger project than the last one.
