Steps;
 
  1.  How We Do It:  Visit website, to review Our Company Mission and Vision, and Standard Operating Procedures (specific to your role)
  2. Shadow:  Observe manager for 2-3 days
  3. Engage:  Manager shadows new hire for 2-3 days
  4. Employee Development Meetings:  Manager explains meeting purpose and schedules out 6 months of meetings
  5. Regular Feedback:  Establish check points for progress, efficiency, accuracy, execution
 
 
 
System Quantification:  Team members are fulfilled and confident in their roles because they understand the expectation, and know where to go for help.
 
System Standards: Monitoring and adjusting processes and procedures for constant fine tuning and perfecting is always welcome and encouraged.  Do the best you can, until you can do better, and then do that.
