Steps;

  1. Confirm: RA confirms rental rates with PM
  2. Review(RA): Review any existing ads in Zillow and/or facebook for a point of reference
  3. Pictures:  In most cases the pictures will already exist for the ads. In rare cases we will needto take pictures for the ads. If they already exist, the pictures will be in dropbox(path tofollow): Drop box, properties, property name (choose specific property), marketing,pictures
  4. Text: In the folder referenced above, there will likely be pictures with text overlaying thepictures. Those are the pictures we want to use in the ad. If pictures with text overlay are notyet created, created them in Canva.​
  5.  Message:In many cases we can simply renew or restart a previous ad. In cases where thatdoes not work, write thedescriptionfor       the ad.​​
 
     
 
 
System Quantification:  Generate 10 inquires per day, 50 inquires per week
