Steps;

1. Report: Run rent roll report to ensure all rent wascharged to each resident account
2. Collect: Online payments processed automatically through PayLease, check Dropbox for anychecks or money orders
   
3. Enter Payments: Process checks and money orders on resident accounts, send receipts viaemail
   
4. Bank Deposit: Process deposit in RM, take deposit to bank
   
5. Late Charges: After the 5th, late charge is applied. Run Delinquency report to process 3 Daynotices on the 6th
